Phase 1 of a proposed series of large paintings depicting the work of notable women artists to be presented to communities in Colorado.
I worked on the portraits and exhibition of this project.

Exhibited in Oregon, Denver, Washington, D.C., New York City, 2016-2018
Working at our respective homes on both coasts and in Colorado for most of this project, we each began a piece, passed it on to another person twice in the process, worked in the middle of the painting, then completed the last phase. Each was free to interpret and express.
Thus, we experienced beginning and not finishing our own work, finishing a work another had begun, and working between the decisions of the others. The end result was 15 paintings and a visual conversation.
